Your Competitors Changed Their
Prices 3 Hours Ago.
You Just Found Out.
Know when competitors change prices, launch products, or shift ad strategy — before it costs you sales. Automated monitoring for e-commerce brands and Amazon sellers.
You’re making decisions with stale data
Most e-commerce brands are flying blind. They check competitor sites manually, miss critical price moves by hours or days, and have no systematic way to track new product launches, review sentiment shifts, or evolving ad strategies. By the time they notice, the opportunity is gone.
-
Price changes go undetected for days A competitor drops prices Friday afternoon. You don’t notice until Monday. That’s a lost weekend of sales.
-
New product launches blindside you Competitors launch directly into your category and you’re the last to know — scrambling for a response instead of leading.
-
Review trends slip through unnoticed A competitor’s reviews crater — the perfect moment to capture market share — and you miss it entirely.
-
Ad strategies shift without warning Competitors change their messaging, targeting, or spend levels and you’re still responding to last month’s playbook.

of a full-time analyst
Installed and running in under 2 weeks
Three steps from kickoff to your first intelligence report in Slack.
Tell Us Who Your Competitors Are
Share your competitor list — brand names, websites, Amazon listings, whatever you’ve got. We research the rest and build your monitoring config. No technical work on your end.
We Install Your AI Agent
We configure and deploy a monitoring agent tailored to your competitive landscape. It scans every 6 hours, analyzes what changed and why it matters, and connects directly to your team’s Slack.
Get Alerts + Daily Reports
Instant Slack alerts for significant changes. A structured daily intelligence briefing every weekday morning at 8am — with actionable recommendations, not just raw data.
Four things you should never be surprised by again
Price moves, new launches, review shifts, and ad strategy changes — monitored continuously and delivered to Slack.
Price Monitoring
Catch when competitors undercut your pricing with flash sales, coupon codes, or bundle deals. Configurable thresholds so you only get alerted when it actually matters — not every minor fluctuation.
- Tracks prices on product pages and dedicated pricing URLs
- Amazon ASIN monitoring — price, Buy Box, and offer changes
- Configurable threshold (e.g., alert only on >5% change)
- Historical price trend tracking over time
- Detects sale events, coupon activity, and bundle pricing
Product Intelligence
Know about new product launches before they’re announced publicly. When a competitor quietly adds a SKU to their Shopify store at 11pm, you’ll know by morning.
- Shopify catalog monitoring — all products, all variants
- New product launch detection with automatic alerts
- Tracks product discontinuations and out-of-stock patterns
- Variant and SKU expansion monitoring
- Product naming, positioning, and copy change detection
Review & Sentiment Analysis
Get alerted when a competitor’s customers start complaining — that’s your window to capture their market share. Or when their ratings surge, so you can understand what’s working before it hurts you.
- Amazon review count and star rating tracking
- Negative review spike alerts (configurable sensitivity)
- Rating trend analysis — rising vs. declining products
- Identifies recurring complaint themes via AI analysis
- Weekly sentiment trend summaries in daily reports
Ad & Campaign Monitoring
Find out when competitors pivot their messaging or start bidding on new keywords — before the impact shows up in your performance metrics.
- Google Ads Transparency Center monitoring
- Amazon Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Products detection
- Ad copy and messaging change alerts
- Campaign launch and pause detection
- Identifies targeting shifts and new keyword focus areas
Intelligence that’s actually actionable

-
Daily briefings every weekday morning with the full competitive picture
-
AI-generated recommendations — tells you what to do, not just what changed

Optional Add-Ons
Common questions
What platforms and channels do you monitor?
We monitor competitor DTC websites (including public Shopify stores via their catalog API), Amazon product listings (pricing, reviews, BSR, ad placements), Google Ads (via the Ads Transparency Center and SerpAPI), and general web presence. Additional integrations — including Amazon SP-API, Walmart, Meta Ads, and others — are available as add-ons.
How quickly do I get alerts when something changes?
The agent scans every 6 hours by default (configurable down to every 2 hours for high-velocity markets like consumer electronics or apparel). When a significant change is detected — a price drop, new product, review spike, ad change — a Slack alert is sent within minutes of the scan completing. The daily briefing lands at 8am on weekdays.
Can I customize what gets tracked and what triggers an alert?
Fully. You control which competitors to track, which product pages, Amazon ASINs, and pricing URLs to monitor. Alert thresholds are configurable — e.g., only notify on price changes greater than 5%, or always alert on new products. You can also suppress known seasonal patterns (like Black Friday sales) so you’re not flooded with expected noise.
What integrations are supported?
Slack is the primary delivery channel for alerts and daily reports. We also support integrations with Amazon SP-API for authoritative listing data, Shopify for competitor catalog monitoring, SerpAPI for Google Ads intelligence, and can build custom integrations with your BI tools, CRM, or internal dashboards as an add-on.
How is this different from just checking competitor sites manually?
Manual monitoring is slow, inconsistent, and doesn’t scale. A human can check a few competitor pages once or twice a week. This system scans every 6 hours, across all competitors, all product pages, Amazon listings, and ad activity simultaneously — then uses AI to reason about what’s significant and what to do about it. You get the intelligence without the grunt work.
How is this different from enterprise tools like Crayon or Klue?
Crayon and Klue are broad-market intelligence platforms built for B2B SaaS companies — they track PR, content, and general web presence. Competitor Tracker is purpose-built for e-commerce and Amazon sellers, with deep price monitoring, catalog tracking, and review analysis that those tools don’t offer. And at a fraction of the cost — Crayon starts at $15,000+/year.
